Terms & Conditions
By booking and attending sessions with Rebecca Keatley Counselling, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to create a safe, respectful and effective therapeutic relationship.
Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions are by appointment only and typically last 50 minutes, If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, with the exception of situations where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law. More details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Payment
Fees are payable in advance of the session by Cash or Bank Transfer. Late payments may result in the postponement of further sessions.
Professional Boundaries
Therapy is a professional relationship. Contact outside of scheduled sessions should be limited to administrative matters (e.g. scheduling, payment). We do not engage in dual relationships that could impair professional judgment or objectivity.
Emergencies
We do not offer crisis or emergency services. In case of immediate risk or emergency, please contact emergency services or go to your nearest hospital.
Changes to Terms
We may updates these terms from time to time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes.
